Following the Government’s revised Covid-19 requirements, The Credit Union Board has decided that its 38 Holywell Hill, St Albans office will close from Thursday 5 November at least until Wednesday 2 December 2020 to safeguard members, staff, and volunteers. Credit Union services will continue to be available remotely as they have been since 23 March 2020, including the electronic transfer of saving deposits to members’ bank accounts and the topping up of Engage pre-paid debit cards. Face to face interviews regarding loan applications and discussions about current loans will not be available during the period. We do, however, continue to welcome loan applications and these can be submitted online, via the website, www.stalbanscreditunion.co.uk, and will be reviewed.
