NOTIFICATION OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board of St Albans District Credit Union hope that members will be able to attend our seventeenth Annual General Meeting.  It is to be held at 8.00pm on Wednesday 13th March in The Aldersgate Lounge, Hatfield Road Methodist Church, 133b Hatfield Road, St Albans (next to the CU office).

 

The agenda for the AGM is noted below and copies of the audited accounts for the year to 30 September 2018 are available by clicking here and minutes of the previous AGM are available by clicking here or both are both available from the CU Office.  They will also be available at the meeting.  Your directors invite you to come along and hear how your Credit Union has performed during the year, as well as news of progress and future plans.  There will be the opportunity for attendees to make comments or ask questions.

 

The meeting will be followed by light refreshments.

 

It is the intention of the Board to propose a dividend of 0.5%; this will be paid on average balances held over the year to 30 September 2018.  If approved, this will count towards your Personal Savings Allowance.  Alternatively, you can decline your dividend by writing to the Treasurer, David Edwards, or by e-mailing him (office@stalbanscreditunion.co.uk) no later than 31 March 2019, in which case, your dividend will be added to credit union funds available for lending.
